SCG doesn't solve client's "problems". We operate as a part of a company team and, together with our partner clients we conceptualize an overarching strategy, improve business-models, and develop a system for their implementation. This is made possible through intensive training programs administered by SCG. Strategic Consulting Group has been a pioneer in developing Ukraine's consulting market since the beginning of 1995. At that time, our company, known as the Ukrainian Center for Post-Privatization Support of Enterprises, had as its primary objective helping managers of newly privatized companies to quickly adapt to the new competitive market environment. Our intensive search for new management approaches led to the radical restructuring and the development of new strategies, new methodologies and investment solutions for our clients. SCG was one of the founders of the Ukrainian Association of Management Consultants.

As a result of our active cooperation with international consulting companies within the framework of the projects supported by the World Bank, TACIS, USAID, and other organizations, we intensively acquired knowledge and experience, studied in North American and European business schools, universities and training centers of well known brand name companies. SCG participated in exchange and internship programs in Western consulting firms and our consultants gave presentations at international conferences, conducted personal seminars, including several held at Harvard University (USA).

Social responsibility is fundamental to our business philosophy.
