Viktor Kotusenko

Business consultant in the field of value-based approach to business and strategic leadership. Victor is a philosophical practitioner and an individual coach for business owners and top managers. He is an expert in the issues of corporate social responsibility, ethical aspects of business activities, development and implementation of corporate normative policies and codices. Victor is a part-time professor of the Department of Philosophy and Religion Science at the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy". He has taught MBA course "Philosophy and Business" (in a team) in Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, has presented in many international conferences, and had worked in the University of Notre Dame (Indiana, USA) on a research academic exchange program.

Within the framework of the Systems Leadership Development Program Victor leads the course in Philosophy and Business, and the themes of property management and corporate social responsibility within the course in Corporate Governance.
